We, the inhabitats of village, Uttar Barbil block no 3 kalibari under your Block beg to state the following facts for your kind disposals.
That, we are suffering a lot for want of pure drinking water. About 110 families live in this village. There is only one well in the village, which becomes dry in the advent of summer season. People have to go a long distance of 1 kilometer to get drinking water.
I therefore request you to take necessary steps for sinking atleast 2/3 tube wells at suitable places in our village for supply of drinking water. For which we will remain grateful to you.
